How can Exhibitors login to the online system?

Creating a profile:

  • Your exhibitor profile will be created in the online system using the information you enter in “Exhibitors Information Form” and your products will be listed in related categories. Thus it is important that you fill the Exhibitor Information Form right after the exhibition and provide all required information.
  • After creating your profile in the online system based on the “Exhibitor Information Form”, your “User Name and Password” will be sent to you via e-mail.
  • After logging in in the system via the Distributor- Buyer Wanted Program section on the exponatura.net webpage with your username and password, you may update your profile information in the ‘my profile’ section and change your default password sent by the system.
  • In the “Hours Unavailable for Meeting” section under “Your Appointment Calendar” section of your Profile, you should select the dates and hours when you will be unavailable for appointment.
  • If you wish you can update the available hours in the “Hours Unavailable for Meeting” section later.

Managing your Appointments:

  • You can manage all incoming appointment requests and your outgoing appointment requests in the “Appointment Calendar” section of your “Profile”.
  • All incoming appointment requests should be responded to within 5 days. Requests not responded to within 5 days will be deleted automatically by the system.
  • You will be notified about incoming appointment requests via e-mail as well.
  • You can filter the company list using the categories of interest to you and get a list of companies that provide products or services in that category and send appointment requests to them.
  • You can also receive your appointment lists via e-mail or get hard-copy printouts.
  • In case you wish to make changes to your existing appointments, you can make all such changes using your profile section.
  • All meetings will be held at your company’s booth or in the special meeting area of the exhibition hall depending on your choice. Please indicate your preference about it as well.

How can Distrubitors/buyers login to the online system?

Creating a profile:

  • Requests for appointments with exhibitors are made via the Distributor- Buyer Wanted Program section on the web address of www.exponatura.net.
  • Distributors / buyers that enter the required information will be sent a confirmation e-mail with username and password that will enable them to login to the online system.
  •  After receiving your confirmation e-mail, you can login to the online system on Exponatura official website with your username and password. Online appointment system will be available 1 month before the exhibition.
  • You can manage your appointments in your profile.

Managing your Appointments:

  • Using the Online System, distributors/buyers can filter exhibitors of interest to them listed in alphabetical order in different categories.
  • After selecting the companies you wish to make an appointment with, you can view the dates and times they are available for appointment. After selecting date and time, you will click on the “Make Appointment” button and your appointment request will be sent to the exhibitor for their confirmation. If your appointment request is approved, it will then be added to both your and exhibitor company’s online calendars.
  • Exhibitors are required to respond to appointment requests within at most 5 days. Exhibitors will be sent reminder e-mails on a daily basis to remind them to respond to appointment requests. In case an appointment request is not responded to, the request will be deleted automatically.
  • Distributors/buyers can also receive your appointment lists via e-mail or get hard-copy printouts.
  • In case you wish to make changes to your existing appointments, you can make all such changes using your profile section.
  • All meetings will be held at your company’s booth or in the special meeting area of the exhibition hall depending on the exhibitor’s choice. All meetings have a time limit of 20 minutes with 10-minute rest periods between meetings.
